Artist Notes on this Piece Wolf has always appeared to me in dreams. Twice in the physical world I have had the honour of meeting the gaze of wolf out in the open. Both occasions if was a mystical experience for me as he had already appeared in dream form only days before. Wolf approaches me from a forest path, emerging from the dark, always bringing with him figures of Spiritual importance. These dreams always mark a time of spiritual evolution and transformation for me. This was my first animal painting other than the odd bunny in a piece. |
