Artist Notes on this Piece Several cultures have the tree of life, but for me it personifies idea of what we think we create around us. As is below so is above. In this piece I am the crouched figure at the centre ,drawing on an eclectic ideology at the roots. The spirals at the figures side represent the potential of divine or angelic power that awaits within. Finally through the gift of imagination endless potential is manifested outward in the outstretched branches of the tree. The glowing dots of light off the tree also signify the ever changing nature of our manifestations. |
