Accuracy : The item you see on line is the item that is shipped. Colour may vary slightly due to the system setup differences in your monitor. Item details such as necklace and bracelet length are included. Note how the item appears on the model photograph to visualize scale.

Originality: Designs are not duplicated in mass production. Although some design elements may be repeated in another piece, basically each creation is a one off . Exact duplicates are not created.

Return Policy: Please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item if you find that it is damaged or faulty and we will arrange an exchange or refund. There is a %15 restocking fee. The item must be returned unworn, in its original box or pouch, packaged securely and sent via insured post, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Privacy: Your personal information including credit card number are not stored on computer. This ensures it can never be hacked and stolen. Your information will also never be sold or passed on to anyone else.
